I finished the hiring process within 2 days, got an offer the next day.
there are 4 steps during the hiring process:
1. aptitude test - math, comprehension, English
2. coding test - simple coding problems, they have a test case feature for your code. don't get too pressured by this, you'll be given a chance to talk about your code later and have the chance to fix it while the hiring manager mentors you
3. technical interview - the hiring manager will ask you stuff about your code, what's the meaning behind each line of code, etc. you're gonna have some mini pair programming session. you basically just need to know what you're doing and they'll ask you to explain some concepts. they want to gauge your skills as well, they'll ask you some general questions and how knowledgeable you are related to your skill/s
4. final interview - this is the part where they ask you questions if your personality fits their culture. situational/behavioural questions
