Recruitment process is easy. First stage consists of a numeric test. Second stage is an assessment day moderated by a panel of interviewers. Personality tests, essays and presentations as well as an individual interview with the panel make up this assessment day. The process is enjoyable and stimulating however the rest of the programme does not live up to these standards.

I was very enthusiastic about the position in the beginning. First a personality test, then a call with two managers of the team, and at last a case (about Airbnb) and interview in the office. However, after the last interview, I did not hear back from them at all. Even after contacting them again. Never heard anything about the position, which is quite impolite considering the time and effort I put into the process.
