Kansas City Star interview questions

Chaotic campus interview process. Interviewer was disorganized and was only informed of the interview the day before. Interview was years previous. Interviewer was belittling toward previous experience and the decisions that went into whether the coverage was considered important.

Interdepartmental with two managers. Basically restructuring and moving staff around to fit the companies goals. I didn't really have to answer any questions. The gist of it was an offer to move to a different position rather than an offer to have a buyout. I wouldn't have had a choice. If I didn't accept I would have been let go.
