I just had one interview. The main purpose is for the interviewer to get to know you and your story and make sure your Christian values align with Kanakuk's. It's very simple and straightforward. I got offered the counselor position at the end of the interview.

It was great they came to pick me up from campus took me to a coffee shop and I had a lovely interviewer Who listened intently to my thoughts and asked me several questions guarding my personal life and faith.

Most questions and do around personal life and faith
Behavioral with the director in which the interview was talking through written application and additional questions. Also required references in the interview process. Offer was made after a couple of weeks and follow up with director.
