Interview was done via a video call, that was scheduled after a short HR talk.
The position stated they are looking for an experienced Node Js developer.
After a short introduction a technical question was asked, which had nothing to do with my relevant experience and probably what I will do in practice.
Of course that's their right, but doing so they give up on skillful candidates, by asking questions that are usually best answered by fresh juniors and by most have nothing to do with common day to day tasks.
