It was a bit challenging due to the nature of the job. I was very excited and enjoyed the interview. However, I soon discovered the inner workings. At help desk you have a micro managing manager breathing down your neck at all times. Majorly killed the job for me. Best of luck to whoever applies. Money seems tight too.
