The first contact is through a hiring agency, I did not get approach by in house recruiters. The phone screen of the hiring agent was fairly simple and I was quickly invited to a technical interview. The interview involved theoretical and technical questions as well as scenarios but no live coding. The second interview was with member of the team you would join and gave more context for the candidate but also again there were some more high level questions to assess fitting in the team.

POM architecture, the rest of the questions are adjusted on the stack you are using since they have a very wide stack themselves there so it is not expected to know everything.
Pleasant conversation about professional experience, objectives and ambitions, technical questions and challenges regarding specific job situations. Detailed explanation about the company, career progression, company culture and benefits. Overall simple and effective, without major phases.
