Had 2 Skype rounds, in the last round they simply asked about the expected CTC (felt like I was going to get the offer), I mentioned as per the company standards, then they called after a couple of days asking me this is the CTC amount you want, I said OK. Then they called again stating they are discussing it with their team and will let me know, but no response. Then I followed it up several times for more than a month, the recruiter always said I'll let you know today or tomorrow but I never got response from him. Advice to Management: Let the candidate know whatever your decision is instead of stalling them for months with no response.
