Too many rounds of interviews, too much time between communication. They send you a test and a sample project, both of which are extremely trivial but slow the process down. When eventually you do have a communications issue, (which you will when the process takes 2 months) they simply drop you without explanation. The company is unprofessional, the postings mention books that they have not read themselves, (Good to Great), and applicants who are "just trying to get unemployment" are told not to apply. (Their words not mine.) They are also cagey about salary and don't mention a range. Personally I would avoid this one. (Update, they also send emails days later, which is weird. Awkward overall.)
