They take interview in 4 steps
1) online HR round
2) Technial round
3) Again general question round
4) HR round
The interview is mainly focused on what you are applying for ( role specific)
First HR Call, then Tech Interview by manager, then Shortlist and HR interview for salary negotiation.
Follow ups by HR.
They need immediate joined who can join withing 15 days but their process of interview took more than 20 days.
The interview process was quite easy and well-structured, consisting of four rounds.
The second round focused on technical skills and lasted for about an hour.
The remaining rounds included discussions with HR and a salary negotiation round.
Overall, the experience was smooth and comfortable.
