Kabinet King interview questions

You're working in the showroom and management has asked you to organize some of the marketing material left by the graphic designer. As you're organizing seasonal marketing material through the showroom, a customer walks in and immediately starts to discuss their need for a semi-custom kitchen, yesterday. They state their contractor has not moved the project according to the signed documents/contracts, and they are even willing to pay additional for any members of the construction team to stop any projects scheduled for the day, to handle a leak that sparked weeks ago during their renovation.
