Interview
An initial call from an HR-type rep to see if the position is of interest and a good fit. Followed by a more technical phone call from a local team leader. This progresses into a take-home test.

Question 1
An 8 question take-home test requiring each interview to put aside two weeks to learn their unique language and answer questions like "in 'q-language' please make a function to calculate the first n rows of Pascal's triangle".
