This was a campus recruitment drive. First, there was 1 technical + aptitude round online exam followed by 1 psychometric test followed by 1 hr + technical interview . Both the test consisted of MCQ

Question 1
All the questions were mostly from project and pumps
MCQ Test and then interview with basic related to pumps like parts, head, flow, efficiency, NPSH etc
Materials, projects performed in college and some personnel questions from HR about family background
I applied through an employee referral. The process took 2 months. I interviewed at KSB
Interview
It started with a telephonic technical round which was postponed once without prior information, I waited for an hour for the call they informed me this when i called them,
later after two weeks i was called up for the F2F interview, and they took an objective test which was completely conceptual. Next stage was a round with the head of department, which went well next stage was a telephonic HR and Salary Discussion round which was planned when I reminded them. It went well, we had a salary discussion and negotiation. Now again i kept calling them, after so long they said that now I am on hold, and after two months of the process they said to me that they have selected someone else for the position and that also they informed me when i called them.
They do not reply on emails, they dont call from their side, Also they said that they dont bother to inform to the candidatws who are not selected.
1. I was selected.
2. Not informing to a candidate is wrong.
I dont kniw the reason of me not getting selected, but i belive that they want someone to work in lesser money than I demanded.
