Interview
I attended the ksb pumps interview on 19 th April 2018 for GTE post @ksb pumps Pune(pimpri).
Before the interview process ,we roughly 28 people were shortlisted from written test and Management Outlook Round(kind of GT) .The entire process timing given was 9 am to 5 pm.
First,we had the documentation stage, then followed by a short talk from HR .He told us about the positions that we will get after being selected,our roles in different departments,and the no. Of positions available in the company(6 at our time).
Next there was the plant visit for about 1.5 hrs.We got to see their Machining shop and Assembly shop of different centrifugal pumps.
After the Visit we had food within the plant(the canteen is gr8 I must say).
At 2pm the interviews started.We 19 candidates were divided into 2 panels.My panel had 2 personnel.
