One day interview process
First task: Prepare a presentation on a certain topic in a few minutes,
Second task: group problem solving test
Third task: one-on-one interview about risk management.
Coming out of college, the interview process was mostly behavioral. I do not recall any technical questions. The process was pretty seamless - can you connect with your team, be personable, and have a thirst for knowledge
