Had a great interview in December (with a principal and an associate) for the civil engineer internship position but got rejected because they thought I would be a better fit for a full-time position (I was a graduating senior). Kept in touch and applied for the full-time civil engineer position when they posted it a few months later. Interviewed with two associates and received the offer two weeks later.
