The people were nice and I really connected with them on a personal level. Technical questions were hard and if I did not mess those up I am confident in saying I would have gotten the job.
Very friendly, long interview. there is a technical exam which consists of mostly statics, mechanics of materials, structural analysis, RC design, steel design, and foundation design. Make sure to review previous classes.

Two rounds of interviews, first interview was technical questions related to engineering fundamentals. Second interview was with the team I would work with and just the types of projects the team focused on.
