Data analysis, 1.Warehouse Data Collection & Visualization Support
• Tasks: Collected and organized warehouse operational data (area dimensions, daily throughput volumes, efficiency KPIs) using Excel and Power BI. Supported the creation of 4 dashboards for management decision-making.
2.Warehouse Paperless Transformation Project
• Task: Researched mini-program solutions to support ESG goals by eliminating paper-based checks.
• Research Focus:
o Checking Tools: Solutions enabling customizable digital checklists, photo uploads, and automated reporting.
o Management Systems: Platforms tracking staff certifications, training, and equipment expirations.

group interview: around 40 interviewees, standup and speak one by one
group activities: solve puzzles as a group, mainly focus on collaboration and communication skills
QnA, limited number of interviewees can answer, first-come-first-serve
self intro and no questions, just play the game, its quite chill, but the assessor will be watching the performanace of all candidates so be prepared and do better. it is like a puzzle game to test your communication skills
