      Customer Service Manager Supervisor Interview

      3 May 2019
      Anonymous employee
      Houston, TX
      Accepted offer
      Negative experience
      Average interview

      Application

I applied online. The process took 2 days. I interviewed at KJ Solutions (Houston, TX) in Aug 2018

      Interview

Very formulaic interview process, the job you think you are interviewing for doesn't really matter, it is their job to sell you on the job they need people for. Which is entry level sales associate. There are 3 rounds of interviews. First and third rounds are conducted by the "owner" of the company. Second round is done by an account manager in the company, typically you are recruited to be on the team of whoever did you second round interview. Second and third round interview are usually done same day. Schedule and compensation are explained but the actual job description is not really made clear. Excitement is used to get you to buy into the position and the "opportunity" available. The job is face to face customer sales using the marketing systems they teach you. You will stand in a retail location and attempt to sell services to customers.
