KIPP SoCal Public Schools interview questions

The interview process was four stages: call with recruiter, 1-on-1 with manager, leadership+panel interview, and a final interview with the director. The panel interview was 2.5 hours long with breaks built in. It was mentioned to me that the director is typically part of the panel interview; however, they were out of the office during my panel, so I met with them 1-on-1 during the following week. Every meeting during the interview process was virtual/over the phone. I was required to create a presentation for the panel interview. In addition to the presentation, I had a take-home assignment in which I was tasked to respond to fake emails and scenarios. They give you two days to complete the assignment and state that you should spend no longer than an hour on it. The entire process was 6 weeks from application to final status update.

The interview process included a phone interview with their talent/ he team, an in person with regional staff and in person with school site staff. Offer was low and had to counter offer
