I applied and was immediatley contacted. They did a phone interview, in person, and then one follow up with a National Director. The position wasn't shool based it was working for the Foundation.

They scheduled my interview for 7:45am and had both their directors of operations, the school principal, an assistant principal, and two people from their operations team interview all in one day. It was exhausting. This was all for an entry level front desk job.
