Process was good one. First we gave online assessment then the shortlisted candidates were called for the interview. The interview was much about the HR type . The next Interview will be about technical.
i applied then got a call for the interview which was just based on some general questions. i did not have an in person interview, just was called on phone number and they asked basic questions

Interview
They conducted an asynchronous interview in which 3 generic questions were asked and a time of 1 minute was given to answer each. Questions could be about experiences in which you showcased a positive quality (eg conflict resolution, leadership, problem solving), or about unrelated topics like your opinion about a book or your favorite quote and why you relate to it.
