Over a month-long, 1 video interview, 2 in-person interviews. The last interview was 2 hours and consisted of a design challenge. HR coordinator was very responsive and helpful throughout the entire process up until the final round. I was ghosted after being promised to be notified about the results after sending a follow-up email after the last round. I know many companies ghost candidates, but it wouldn't have hurt to receive a final confirmation of status after all those rounds and time that I have spent (I had to travel 6+ hrs each time). The position was also repeatedly re-uploaded to job boards, so obviously I took the hint. The overall interview experience wasn't bad, just wished for more transparency and communication.

Firstly, the interview was in an awful, loud, and cramped coffee shop and not their offices. The questions were general. I felt as thought the interviewer didn't really review my resume and portfolio before interviewing me. It was a waste of my time.
