I have been ghosted straight after the first interview, after completing a long task for them. I never heard why or if the problem was related to the task. Felt extremely disappointed.

Ghosted after two interviews and a task. Implied they needed my skill, offered a start date and then kept pushing start date back and then just dropped off the radar. Sent numerous messages, emails etc and just never got back in touch. Horrendous communication and waste of time. Can't really say anything positive about the process at all, complete disappointment. Won't achieve their growth targets with so much mis management and under valuing of others time and effort, and inability to make decisions (and the right decisions).
