I applied online in Linkedin. They send email for the first interview session. I had the first HR interview (phone screen call) that included general HR questions. I didn‘t hear back for weeks! I followed up and they answered that the position doesnt have relocation option anymore!

The screening interview went well, a followup email confirmed I should hear from them soon. Nothing happened for several weeks for this senior role, this was during the acquisition by Prosus. I was in a several position (ghosting) for a junior role during the merging with Just Eat. Keeping candidates up to date should be simple even during big organisational changes.
