The interview process comprised of an initial phone call for availability, then quickly scheduled for four rounds of video interviews. This is for a remote position. The first interview was introductory and focused on what the expectations will be for the role. The next two interviews were focused on work skills and knowledge. The final interview was focused on the company as a whole, and goals they were trying to achieve.
