I've applied thru linkedin. Got email after a week time from HR / Recruitment co-coordinator. Asking general questions about my experience and current work. After couple of days I had phone interview got scheduled with hiring manager. It went well - basic question about project, few technical questions on SQL. After a week time's I was invited for on-site interview process. Logistic arrangements were very good with timely communications. On on-site interview - around 5 team member took interview one after another - each interview of 45 - 60 min. All were basic question on BI space and real time problems and your recommended solution.
