Actually there was not interview. I applied online through their website. My profile and work experience perfectly matches the position, but the after I received an email from the responsible recruiter stating that they have decided to not process my application. Despite requesting the reason of rejection, the recruiter never replied my emails. The only reason I can think of, is some form of age discrimination.
