There are usually one to two interviews. Sometimes they will be done in the same day. The interview consists of going over your resume with a supervisor then observing what you would be doing if you were to be hired. More recently, candidates have been given a typical program that we run and asked to run it with the person they are interviewing with. The hiring process is difficult and tedious. They require a lot of documentation and tests, such as TB and a central registry clearance. Interviewers have been known to be disorganized so make sure you are on top of all the documentation you have to provide. After you are hired, there is a one week training before you start working on the floor with kids.
