I applied online. The process took 1 week. I interviewed at Journal Communications, Inc. (Franklin, TN)
Interview
I had two reviews, one with a recruiter and one with the sales manager prior to accepting an offer. They were very quick to give me an answer, which came immediately following a background check.

Question 1
Why would you like to work at Journal Communications?
I applied through a recruiter. The process took 3 days. I interviewed at Journal Communications, Inc. (Franklin, TN) in Mar 2011
Interview
The interview process starts by the company contacting you by phone. They tell you over the phone about the company and the expectations. They tell you it's a commission only position, but they do have a draw system in place. Once you accept to see them, they bring you in, and you then meet with the trainer who called you, and then the Vice President of Sales who you will eventually work for. There are a lot of things you won't know until after you accept the job. One big one is there is a lot of cold calling. You are typically a telemarketer, but they never mention this in the interview.
