Interview
The interview process was underwhelming at best. The onset of the interview felt impersonal, there was no opportunity to learn about the company or the role before being asked the "Tell me about a time when" questions. There was also a very limited amount of feedback throughout the interview to indicate how you were performing. When asked my salary expectations there was no feedback on where that fell and only after asking for the compensation range was it told to me that my ask was significantly higher than the eligible pay. The total interview lasted 30 minutes and consisted most of proficiency questions half of which I felt fit better in an exam than an interview. While The company may be great their interview process leaves a lot to be desired when trying to decide if this is the right company for me.

I got a phone interview one day after I applied online. The interview was about 20 minutes, and the recruiting manager is very friendly. The questions were not very technical.
