You will first meet the HR and then you have two interviews with the hiring manager.
During my interview process with Joni and Friends, I went through multiple stages of evaluation. It started with an initial phone interview where I spoke with the department manager about my qualifications and fit for the role. This was followed by a second interview with the department head, which was more in-depth and focused on my experience and alignment with the organization’s mission.
In the final stage, I had an interview with Human Resources, where I also completed practical assessments, including tests on software proficiency (such as Word and Excel) and typing speed. The process was thorough and took several weeks, including discussions about my personal values and how they align with the organization’s mission.
Overall, it was a structured and detailed process, ensuring that candidates are both professionally qualified and share the organization's core values.
