No tests or complex questions - mostly just wanted to see if was prepared to do the work and if I would fit in

Basic Behavioral Questions followed by a Leasing Excel Test and then a handful of cultural fits interviews with team members. Overall very straightforward and honest process. Somewhat lengthy process since both parties were in no rush.
