I applied online. The process took 1 day. I interviewed at Johnson & Johnson (Raritan, NJ) in Mar 2023
Interview
They made me do an online interview which ended very poorly. The system did not work properly either. The interview went really well. I was nervous at first, but the interviewer was very friendly and made me feel comfortable right away. They asked me a lot of questions about my experience and skills, as well as my goals and aspirations. I was able to answer everything confidently and thoroughly, and I think I made a good impression. They also told me a lot about the company and the position, and it all sounded really interesting and exciting. Overall, I left feeling very positive about the experience and hopeful about the possibility of getting the job.
Too many stages , too many talent coordinator interviews instead of actual teams that the role is for. Found the attitudes snoody and pretentious not a good work culture for 1st observation
I interviewed at Johnson & Johnson (King of Prussia, PA)
Interview
Incredibly easy and straight forward process. Behavioral interview and general information. Interviewed with the entire team individually and heard back very quickly with feedback. Other programs tend to have more rigorous interviews.
Basic telephone interview. Company recruiter contacted me by email and offered dates times for an interview. It was a very simple process, and not worthy of the details that Glassdoor thinks it requires.
