I applied through university. The process took 2 weeks. I interviewed at Johnson & Johnson in Sept 2014
Interview
The interview process was simply one on-campus interview. I had an interview the day after the career fair at my school. The interview has 2 people in it that are usually entry level analysts or managers. All of the questions were very straight forward and mostly behavioral. At the end, they may throw in two accounting questions but they are pretty easy. I think I heard back in 2-3 weeks after my interview with an offer
