Applied online and was contacted by phone the following day. The in-person interview was set up the following week. The interview was comfortable with two individuals asking questions and going over my portfolio. I appreciate that they are responsive and friendly.

A friendly conversation that started with my work presentation, a couple of questions about the design education etc. Absolutely no questions about the personality and personal qualities, no typical interview questions such as career plans, weaknesses etc - only the bare minimun
