Johnson Controls Systems Application Engineer interview questions

Multiple stages, and met the branch manager, my actual team, and the main sales guys. They all took a team approach and got to have mini interviews to see if you would fit in with the culture/team.

I applied thru JCI website and after 2 weeks I received a call from HR to schedule a phone interview. The first interview was focused on behavioral questions. One week later, the second interview was scheduled and focused on behavioral questions as well. Then a week later a I received an offer.
