Se tardan mucho en contactarte y te tienen esperando varias semanas diciéndote para agendar entrevista y cuando lo hacen quedan mal en horario establecido y despues su proceso de reclutamiento es muy lento

I had a fairly straightforward interview process. It started with a phone screen with the recruiter, followed by a more in-depth interview with the hiring leader. After that, I had three additional virtual interviews with other key stakeholders, all completed in one afternoon. The interviews were primarily behavioral-based, focusing on my past experiences, but they also felt conversational, allowing us to get to know each other better. Overall, the process was well-organized and gave me a good sense of the team and the company.
