After phone screening with talent acquisition, my first interview was with hiring manager and their director. Interview lasted only 20 minutes, they asked very few questions about me, I asked several questions about the position and the organization and that was it. It was obvious they weren’t interested in me and I wondered why they scheduled the interview in the first place. After my rejection email I followed up with talent acquisition asking for feedback from the interview, but I got no response. The entire process seemed very unprofessional.
