Interview process is behavioral based and uses the SBO (Situation, Behavior, Outcome) approach, pretty much the same as STAR. I interviewed for an internship, and it was one round with a panel.

Interview
I was contacted by a head hunter, after a first interview I was contacted by HR to have an interview with the leader of the team. I had a video call. The attitude of the person was very bad, always rejecting my answers even when the questions where very general instead of pushing for a conversation that seemed to be an exam with an strict professor that is never happy with your answers. I didn't feel welcomed.
