Prompt and clear over MS Teams with the HR and Manager. Offer came through the day after the interview was completed. The offer was sent via email. The interview was approx 30min.

I initially interviewed with HR over the phone and then had a conversation with the construction director for the project over a coffee. The manager's preference was to interview over a conversation.
