John Flatley interview questions

Applied online and got a call a few days after from the president of the company before 8am, so it caught me off guard. Had an in person interview at the end of the week with two employees since the president couldn't make it. They tried to talk me into a different position I didn't apply for. The entire office works on site during COVID and do not wear masks in their office. Seeing how they never went remote or had flexibility to and not enforcing a strict mask policy showed me how the company treats their employees and do not value their health and wellness.

Interviewed with the president for 30 minutes. He is very nice and asked some questions about my last job. Why I am perfect for this job. Casual talk and discuss to do this job efficiently. He also introduced his company and why he was hiring for this position.
