In the first week after applying, I received a request for a 30-minute, remote, introductory interview. In the second week, an in-person interview was held with the Chief of Staff. Another interview was schedule the 3rd week. A decision was given the 4th week of the interview process. The process was clear, the expectations of the job position were clarified, and there was an understandable consensus on the skills required for the job and how applicants were assessed. The pay is lower than market-rate, with standard Italian benefits.
