They asked me about my coffee skills and pos systems, also cutomer service recepies. Experience and also if i liked to talk to people. They seemed nice and trustworthy. I always liked joe coffee and their coffee shops
Quick and easy. It was straight forward process. I really liked the General Manager that I was speaking to. I dressed casual for the interview. I applied on their website.
The interview occurred via zoom. There were two other managers on the call who each asked a few standard questions about who you are, and your experience. Everyone at Joe’s is very nice and not intimidating at all!
