First step was a relatively straightforward code challenge done in React. Then had a phone call with the engineering manager. Last step was an on-site with two technical interviews, lunch, 2 design/product management interviews and finally an interview with the CTO/cofounder. Most of the interviews were challenging problems but solved somewhat collaboratively, which I enjoyed. Overall a smooth process, and everyone seemed super friendly and passionate about the company’s mission.
