Interview
I got redirected to a site where they asked me a question essentially unrelated to the job I was applying for. I was asked for a 90sec audio response and never heard back after that.
I had a pre-screen interview where I recorded two video responses. The questions focused on getting to know me better, my personal values, and what I prioritize professionally. Did not move to the next round.
For the first step in the interview process, they had you use their job portal to record an audio recording (or a videoless video recording) in order to answer the question that they had.

Received an email for a pre-interview portal that was to be completed within 2 days. The portal asks for some basic information and instructions and contains one interview question. The task was to record myself giving a voice-only response to a question. Instruction says this should take 5 minutes tops.
