Interview
The interview process took about four weeks from the start where a recruiter contacted me to today when I accepted my offer. Everybody I spoke to was genuinely friendly and made me feel welcome/comfortable. This went a long way in turn to helping me feel like a valued candidate.
I'd definitely recommend applying here as this company goes out of their way to help develop their employees. The low turnover rate also speaks for itself.

Technical questions related to Python.
After interviewing with the recruiter, I interviewed with the manager and an engineer. We did basic coding exercise and discussed best practices. All in all it was a good experience.
