I applied through other source. The process took 3 weeks. I interviewed at JobSparx (Houston, TX)
Interview
They pride themselves on a thorough interview process; however, they have no idea what that means. It was just asking the same questions over and over with different people present at each laborious interview.
Interview questions [1]
Question 1
How to handle difficult clients (without knowing the product); Acted very interested in past experience but turned cold when the interviewee discusses former employers and accomplishments. Initial interview was acceptable, but subsequent interviews were unnecessary and in a very uncomfortable environment interviewing in their kitchen/conference room with constant interruptions.
I applied online. The process took 5 days. I interviewed at JobSparx (Houston, TX) in Feb 2014
Interview
Your average 'sit down in a conference-type room experience' + a 'test your skills experience' in the office. The interview was overall simple although it felt rushed and a bit stale. A fairly strange experience. Not bad, but not great either.

Question 1
Very little questions for me. Instead most of the time was spent on them, what they do and what they want. I had to interject some time to actually show them what I brought as a portfolio etc. to which a very "ok, ok well whatever" type of feedback was received.
