I had four interviews and a design challenge during the process. The first two were with the Talent Acquisition Specialist, followed by one with the Product Design Director and a final one with him and two possible team members. The design team was very professional and pleasant to speak with, but the HR experience was less positive. The Talent Acquisition Specialist was late to both interviews, and there was confusion around the position’s budget, with approvals later retracted. After I declined the offer, the HR representative made some unprofessional comments questioning my decision, which left a negative impression overall.
