I applied online. The process took 2 weeks. I interviewed at Jimerson Birr (Jacksonville, FL)
Interview
The interview process is somewhat of a joke honestly. The preliminary interview to test your qualifications is so boilerplate to the point that the guy that was asking me the questions didn't even know what area of law JB specializes in. There was a lot of "I think" coming from them. The interview with the partners was par for the course with standard questions. Then at the end of the interview, I had to ask if I was permitted to ask any questions and the response was "oh well better make it quick. It's lunch." What? Don't schedule an interview at 11:30 lunch is going to get in the way. Not to mention my interview didn't start until 11:40 because the partner was late.
Then they did the whole "we'll let you know by the end of the week." Well that wasn't true. I interviewed on a Monday and I had to reach out NEXT Friday to inquire and then they told me "After careful consideration, we decided to go another way." Were you going to let me know? Hyper unprofessional. I would never interview there again and would encourage others to proceed with caution.

Question 1
They asked me to provide what kind of leader I am.
The interview process is pretty standard for this area and position to be filled. Started with a recruiter reaching out with position details and an interest inquiry. The onto an initial screen with hr/recruiting firm, A quick phone/teams interview, and then in person interview with partner.
